Terms and Conditions

1. Inspection and Acceptance of GoodsThe goods listed have been checked, counted, and received in good order and condition by the buyer.
2. Transfer of ResponsibilityOur responsibility for the goods ceases once they are handed over to the transport company or your representative.
3. Claims Regarding Quantity or MeasurementNo claims regarding quantity or measurement will be entertained after the goods have left our premises.
4. Payment TermsPayment terms are strictly 30 days unless otherwise stated. Interest at a rate of 3% per month will be charged on all overdue accounts.
5. Ownership of Goods (Romalpa Clause)Under the Romalpa Clause, all goods remain the property of the company until paid for in full, including any interest or other charges.
6. Return PolicyGoods once sold are not returnable unless prior authorization has been received. A handling charge of 10% will be applied to authorized returns.
7. Breakages or ShortagesAny breakages or shortages must be reported in writing within 7 days of the invoice date.
8. WarrantyWhere applicable, warranties will be void if the products are tampered with.
9. Card Payment ChargesPayments made by card will attract a service charge of 3% of the total amount payable. This charge is non-negotiable.
10. Unpaid Cheque ChargesA charge of 3,000 KES will be applied to unpaid cheques and must be paid immediately.

By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
